*This is an in office Position in Thornton Are you looking for a new career?! We want to add a new team member to our team for both insurance sales and service! Are you interested in a nice hourly wage (no stress of having to make sales for commission), potential quarterly bonuses, off weekends, complete hands on training from start to finish. We are a fun office and truly make our customers feel like family because of how much we care!! We are looking for someone who is self motivated, goal orientated, organized, and enjoys talking with people about insurance!! Your primary responsibility is to be successful and help our agency grow!! You'll need to help the agency achieve growth, retention and hit monthly sales goals. Work as a member handling customer service and sales focusing on providing insurance that helps customers protect their homes, autos, and life. You will be provided with resources to gather new sales from leads provided. You also will assist current customers daily with billing questions, payments, making changes to current policies, providing annual reviews, etc. Requirements: *Candidate must have excellent phone skills, great communication, and interaction with current customers and potential clients via phone calls, emails, texting, documenting notes on files, etc. *Initiate new business sales from cross selling current customers, cold calling on provided lead lists, direct company mailers, advertising, retention, etc. *Succeed in sales growth by following up consistently and adhering to daily goals and requirements for the agency and personal goals. *Possess a willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable through their entire employment. *Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. *Maintain insurance licensing requirements and education throughout employment.
