Location: Detroit, Michigan Category: Exempt Compensation: Competitive Salary Benefits: * Health * Dental * Vision * PTO Job Description: Summary: Manage sales accounts in the automotive market. Requires technical knowledge of engineering and cost-effectiveness, with a presence at OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 levels. Essential Functions: * Oversee and Grow Client Relationships: * Engage with current and prospective clients * Gather customer forecasts, propose cost-efficient solutions, and deliver technical support * Conduct technical training sessions, address issues, and maintain consistent communication with clients * Create Estimates and Proposals: * Generate financial and operational estimates * Compile and present sales forecasts * Offer pricing, proposals, and respond to customer inquiries * Enhance Revenue: * Meet sales targets, review sales patterns, and identify new client opportunities * Implement proactive sales strategies and disseminate information within the team * Promote the Organization: * Participate in industry trade shows and events to boost the company's visibility * Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's reputation Additional Job Functions: * Implement Organizational Strategy and Plans: * Comprehend and align with company objectives and key performance indicators * Aid in the development of strategic initiatives and long-term goals * Exhibit Customer Service Excellence: * Build enduring relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers * Ensure timely completion of complex tasks and address service or delivery challenges * Promote Continuous Improvement: * Emphasize ongoing improvement initiatives and communicate enhancement opportunities * Foster a Positive Workplace: * Support company culture, promote teamwork, and mediate conflicts We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
