Highland Homes is currently accepting resumes for a MLS Listing Coordinator position. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processes, inputs and maintains inventory home listings in applicable MLS's across the state of Texas while ensuring a high level of support and customer service to the Sales and Marketing teams, along with other internal and external customers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enters and maintains company spec/inventory listings into MLS databases. This includes new listings, price updates, status changes, sold data, consumer promotions, and additional pertinent information related to the listing. * Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to the Fair Housing Act, local, state or national real estate regulations, MLS/TREC regulations, etc. * Identify and verify product/community information and successfully resolve any MLS listing errors in a timely manner. * Assist with entering alternative listings (build jobs) for comps/appraisal purposes. * Generate reports and updates, as requested. * Provide exceptional service and support to the Highland sales, marketing and construction teams. * Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma required. * College degree preferred. * Knowledge of multiple MLS platforms preferred. * Prior homebuilding industry experience preferred. * 1 years of general office experience in professional environment required. * Proficient in MS Office software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and familiar with the Internet required. * Prior experience with Adobe Suite products a plus. * Technology-proficient with ability to quickly learn and master various software applications. * Proficient typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy. Minimum 45 WPM preferred. * Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong verbal and written communication skills required. * Strong administrative, follow-up, data and time management skills. * Some weekend and after-hours work required.
