We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is based in Detroit, MI(or nearby area) and bilingual in English and Mandarin. If you are not bilingual, please do not apply. There will be daily meeting with Taiwan and US teams, you will not be able to understand if you don't have the Mandarin fluency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and plans * Develop and manage customer relationships from working level to leadership level * Maintain deep understanding of the customer's business and technical objectives and strategies to ensure ongoing alignment with Himax business objectives * Develop and deliver presentations and product demos to potential clients * Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads * Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management * Heavy travel to meet with customers and conduct sales meetings * Other duties assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar fields * 5+ years of sales and business development in the technology industry * Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategy and identify new business opportunities * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales target, managing large territories * Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients * Strong written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Optical-Electronics Engineering * 2+ years of experience in semiconductor sales * Experience with industries related to panel or semiconductor components Salary Range * $91,000- $130,000 (DOE) The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
