Full description of the position
Job Description As our Account Manager for the Small Segment Retention team, you will be responsible every day for meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives through customer retention, add-on sales, upgrades to existing accounts, and/or migration to additional Sage cloud products or services. To thrive in this role, you must have a customer success mindset that drives effective change across critical renewal touchpoints. This involves tracking partner and customer performance while working within the organization to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week spent in our Ponce City market office. Key Responsibilities * Cold Calling Experience required. * Pipeline Management by utilizing customer relationship management tools to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, target close dates, sales potential, and close probabilities. * Revenue Generation - Meet or exceed 100% of the assigned individual revenue targets. * Pipeline Management by utilizing customer relationship management tools to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, target close dates, sales potential, and close probabilities. * A consultative, value-based selling approach is utilized to increase the adoption and utilization of Sage solutions via renewals, add-ons, upgrades, cross-selling, and connected services. : * 1+ year of B2B consultative sales experience, achieving/overachieving an individual sales quota. * Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize key activities. * A fundamental understanding of business processes and operations is a plus. * Proficient utilization of Salesforce for account management, pipeline growth, and pre/post-sale tracking. * A proven track record of developing and executing sales strategy is preferred.
