As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and preferences. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. * Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including stock levels and vehicle specifications. * Assist with order fulfillment processes for vehicle sales. * Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to build lasting relationships. * Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. * Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. * Utilize Excel for tracking sales metrics and managing customer information. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or automotive service is preferred. * Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in cash handling is essential for managing transactions accurately.
