Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong knowledge of roofing systems, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Manage outside sales activities, including meeting with clients in their locations to build relationships. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Develop and manage assigned territories effectively to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience * Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Experience conducting product demos and engaging with clients in various settings. * Proficiency in cold calling techniques and outside sales methodologies. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Previous experience in inside sales is beneficial but not required.
