Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Assist in managing property listings and closing deals efficiently in Ocala, FL, US. * Conduct consultations with potential buyers and sellers to grasp their preferences and needs in finding suitable homes, then match them with properties that meet their criteria. * Proactively follow up on leads to ensure a steady growth in the sales pipeline. * Help in preparing written purchase offers for buyers to facilitate a seamless closing process. * Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business and nurture leads for expanding sales opportunities. * Stay updated on local real estate market trends to effectively address client inquiries regarding potential properties and the community.
