EZ Bath is looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven, sales professional. You will provide in-home sales presentations to potential customers and educate them on what options best suit their wants, needs, and budget. No cold calling. All leads are preset, confirmed, and qualified. Responsibilities: * Run 1-3 leads per day * Follow-up on unfulfilled leads * Maintain communication with customer thru the remodel process * Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs * Maintain an open line of communication about lead status Job Requirements: * Must be detail-oriented * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self-driven with exceptional follow-through abilities * Strong presentation and public speaking skills * Have an outgoing personality that is easily adaptable to situations * Highly motivated and flexible with a great attitude * Ability to learn modeling software at a moderate level * Valid driver's license and own vehicle * Laptop capable of doing 3D design To be successful you must be passionate about improving people's homes and quality of life. Experience: * At least 2 years sales experience, in-home preferred * Computer literacy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid training Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
