Looking For a SUPERSTAR Sales Rep The security industry is one of the top three industries heading in 2025 with polls listing security as one of the major concerns for homeowners and business owners alike. Before anything this is NOT A DOOR TO DOOR POSITION Full training will be provided for the reps and managers that we hire, however we are looking for hardworking, honest people that wish to join our company and help protect the people of the San Antonio area. We are the highest rated local Residential and Commercial security and automation (smart locks, garages, lights, etc.) company in San Antonio (check us out on Google!). We've built our business by delighting our customers and by showing them the difference of working with a local company. Now, we're looking to add another superstar to the team. Some of your responsibilities will include: -Follow up with all incoming leads as soon as they come in -Calling a standardized amount of warm leads in our database every day -Setting appointments with those leads, to go out to and close in the home -Keep detailed notes of your calls within our CRM Ideal candidate will have: Ambition to improve and a commitment to honesty and delivering value to our customers High school diploma or the equivalent (GED) is required. Ability to multi-task and communicate with Customers. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral communications. Valid driver's license All candidates will undergo a criminal history background check in order to obtain any applicable State/City regulated licenses or registrations.
