Job Title: Technical Account Manager (MSP) Location: Huntington Beach, CA (In-Office) Job Type: Full-Time About Us: KDIT, LLC is a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) dedicated to delivering top-tier IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We specialize in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with our clients by providing proactive and strategic IT support. Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with MSP experience who excels in client relationship management, account growth, and technical consulting. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring clients receive optimal IT support tailored to their business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their IT needs align with business objectives. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. * Technical Consulting & Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with IT roadmaps, recommendations, and strategic planning to optimize their technology investments. * Account Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, including cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and managed services. Work collaboratively with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth. * Project Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and successful outcomes. * Technical Support Liaison: Bridge the gap between clients and the technical support team, ensuring clear communication of technical issues, project updates, and service improvements. * Performance & Reporting: Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing system performance, service delivery, and recommending improvements to align with business goals. Qualifications & Experience: * MSP Experience: 3+ years of experience in an MSP environment in a client-facing or technical role. * Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 environments. * Relationship & Sales Skills: Proven experience in account management, upselling, and revenue growth strategies. * Project Management: Experience managing IT projects, including migrations, cloud deployments, and security implementations. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant industry certifications.
