Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time, motivated, experienced Sales Associate to drive sales growth by leveraging industry expertise and building lasting customer relationships. You will consult with homeowners, contractors or investors, recommend tailored remodeling solutions, offer design idea and 3D plan, and collaborate with installation and project management team to ensure seamless project execution. Job Responsibilities: * Generate leads, schedule measurement or meeting appointments. * Conduct showroom consultations to assess needs, present production option and provide design recommendations. * Design kitchens/ bathrooms layout & 3D rendering, prepare estimates, follow up with customers and finalize the project in a professional manner. * Close sales through persuasive communication, product knowledge and customized proposals. Achieve monthly sales targets. * Partner with installers and project managers to align customer visions with practical execution. * Maintain post-sale communication to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/ referral business. * Support the store appearance by cleaning and ensuring the showroom promote an appealing and safe environment to shop. * Other responsibilities as assigned by store manager. Qualifications: * 3+ years in retail sales, preferably in design firm, home improvement or remodeling retail. * 2+ years in kitchen and bath design and remodel. * Proficiency in 2020 design and ability to interpret blueprints or floor plans. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. * Strong understanding of kitchen and bath products, design trend and installation requirement. * Highly motivated, exceptional communication, negotiation, problem solving abilities. * Meticulous attention to detail and handle tasks in a timely manner. * Sales knowledge and business ethic is required. * Reliable transportation. * Bachelors or Associates degree in Customer Service, Interior design or related field is preferred Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive basic salary and commission. * Employee discounts.
