Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our clients team in West Springfield, Mass. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing efforts within the real estate sector, focusing on creating compelling campaigns that resonate with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies, customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Position Summary: As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of residential and investment properties. All leads are provided to you , so you can focus entirely on building relationships, closing deals, and growing your pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for real estate. Key Responsibilities: * Work qualified, inbound leads provided by our in-house marketing and lead generation team * Conduct property analysis, market research, and due diligence to determine value and investment potential * Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners * Manage relationships with sellers, agents, and internal team members * Track and update CRM systems with lead and deal progress * Collaborate with the acquisitions and sales teams to meet monthly targets Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in real estate, sales, or related field preferred * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Knowledge of the Naples real estate market is a plus * Active Florida Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) is preferred * Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools Compensation & Benefits: * $60,000 Base Salary * Lucrative commission structure * Performance bonuses * Flexible schedule options * All leads provided -- no cold calling or prospecting required * Opportunity for career growth in a high-performing team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
