Role Summary Primary Responsibilities: * Quote new homeowner's insurance policies across multiple carriers * Prepare applications and proposal packets for agent review * Input and update client info in your management system * Monitor quote requests and ensure timely turnaround Secondary Responsibilities (as needed): * Answer incoming calls or follow-up questions from clients * Clarify missing info (occupancy, pets, alarms, etc.) * Assist during high-volume periods or staff absences Key Notes: * No sales responsibilities * License required * Should be comfortable on the phone and with Florida-specific homeowners nuances * Familiar with carriers, rating platforms, and agency systems
