Massage Envy Sandy Plains is looking for a Dependable, Motivated, and Enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team! As owners of 3 successful Spas in the Atlanta Area we are looking for an individual who is looking for Part time (15/20hr/week) employment, has excellent sales skills, can communicate in a professional and friendly manner, and a proven record of individual and team success and can work until 8pm weekdays and 6pm weekends. Compensation and Benefits: $13-$14/hour (depending on qualifications) + Commissions on all sales as well as other Monthly BONUS opportunities. * Competitive hourly pay + commissions on all membership sales and retail sales * Complementary 60min massage or facial each month * Discounts on retail products * And More Job Responsibilities: * Work 15-20 hours/week Evenings until 8 Weekends until 6 * Greet ALL Members and Guests with a warm welcoming attitude * Present/sell membership programs to new Guests * Answer phones with a smile and be ready to assist the client * Build a lasting friendly rapport with Members and Guests * Schedule appointments, check Members and Guests in/out * Help retain Members and Guests by providing an excellent client experience * Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements: * Must have reliable transportation * Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills * Must have a positive attitude * Must have friendly and professional phone etiquette * Must have the ability to multi-task You Can Look Forward To: * Relaxing/Professional work environment * Steady flow on Guests and Members every day * Leadership and growth opportunities Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Night shift Work Location: In person
