USA Wheel & Tire Outlet is looking for an experienced for Sales Representative. Ideal candidates must have prior Indoor Sales Rep experience. Salesperson with experience in Wholesale and Auto parts industry are preferred. Requirements and Skills * Proven work experience as a Indoor Sales Rep or similar role * Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers. * Strong customer building skills * Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer service practices * Proficiency in English and Spanish * Prior experience in Tires and wheel industry. * Hands-on experience with B2B sales. * Familiarity with inventory procedures * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Excellent computer operational skills * High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 45 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer support: 1 year (Required) * B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
