Position Summary Greek Kustoms is a small business seeking a Retail Associate who will provide knowledgeable, friendly, and culturally respectful service to customers seeking custom apparel, merchandise, and accessories related to the Divine Nine (historically Black Greek letter organizations). This role supports the sales floor, assists with order processing, and ensures the highest standards of customer service while upholding the traditions and brand integrity of D9 organizations. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers with product selection, including jackets, shirts, hats, and custom items representing Divine Nine organizations. * Educate customers on sizing and embroidery/personalization options. * Process transactions, returns, and custom orders using POS and order management systems. * Maintain organized displays and restock inventory as needed. * Collaborate with production team to verify custom orders and delivery timelines. * Stay current on trends and regulations related to Divine Nine merchandising. Qualifications: * Passionate about Greek life, with a strong understanding of D9 culture and values. * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Strong attention to detail, especially with custom order information. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of embroidery, screen printing, or laser cutting is a plus.
