Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Provide administrative support including preparing documents, managing listings, and maintaining client records. * Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations during all transactions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. * Manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings effectively to maximize opportunities for sales. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate transactions.
