Full description of the position

As a Window Tint Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about tint services. Your role will be to educate clients on product options, provide accurate quotes, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and respond to online, phone, or in-person inquiries. * Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate tint solutions (automotive, residential, or commercial). * Provide accurate quotes and explain pricing, packages, and warranties. * Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments/sales. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business. * Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery. * Maintain knowledge of current tint laws, products, and industry trends. * Assist with showroom displays, promotional events, and marketing campaigns as needed. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or tinting industry. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude. * Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly. * Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling sales transactions. * Valid driver's license (preferred if test driving or customer vehicle handling is required).
