Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent in Lubbock, TX, with $1-4 million in annual sales. * Active Texas real estate license and strong knowledge of the local market. * Ambitious mindset with a clear goal to scale business and increase production by 30% or more. * Willingness to adopt CRMs, automation tools, and digital marketing platforms. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Open to coaching, training, and implementing new systems to achieve exponential growth. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
