Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Realtor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of clients. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to market properties effectively. Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and local real estate laws. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings. * Provide guidance and support to clients during inspections, appraisals, and closing processes. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals. * Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. Requirements * Valid real estate license in the state of operation. * Proven experience in sales or customer service within the real estate sector is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficiency in negotiating deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction. * Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and an understanding of real estate law is advantageous. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client needs. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary. * Signs, lock boxes and HOT leads provided!
