About the Role: As a Lead Sales Engineer , you will be responsible for: * Driving Sales Growth: Developing territory sales plans and executing strategies to expand ACT's market presence. * Customer Engagement: Visiting customers, managing accounts, and conducting technical exchange meetings. * Business Development: Identifying and qualifying new opportunities, increasing quote volume, and securing new bookings. * Collaboration: Working closely with ACT's inside sales, engineering, production, and quality teams. * Forecasting & CRM Management: Maintaining accurate sales data and reporting updates on forecasts. * Travel: Up to 50% travel within the region and to ACT headquarters. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering. * Experience: At least 5 years of technical sales experience. * Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organization, and time management. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office products; CRM software experience is a plus. * Security Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. * U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual required due to ITAR regulations.
