Job Title: Pest Control Door-to-Door Sales Representative Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary: As a Pest Control Door-to-Door Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for pest control services through direct interactions with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. You will promote and sell pest control treatments and services by educating customers about the benefits of maintaining a pest-free environment. The role involves door-to-door outreach, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people protect their homes from pests. Key Responsibilities: * Door-to-Door Sales: Travel through residential neighborhoods to engage potential customers, introducing them to our pest control services. * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information about pest issues and offering solutions tailored to individual needs. * Sales Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our pest control solutions to homeowners. Address any questions or concerns. * Sales Closing: Convert prospects into customers by closing sales on the spot, utilizing persuasive communication and offering promotional pricing when appropriate. * Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging future business. * Daily Reporting: Track sales progress, provide feedback on customer responses, and report on daily activities to management. * Achieving Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to team success. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest pest control solutions, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information. Qualifications: * Previous experience in door-to-door sales , customer service , or direct sales preferred, but not required. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. * Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. * Basic understanding of pest control products and services (training will be provided). * Reliable transportation for travel between neighborhoods. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
