We're a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales and Investment company in need of an Administrative Assistant. Real Estate License is Required, Experience as a Transaction Coordinator is preferred. We work from the office and are looking for full time applicants! For this role, we will need a problem solver, who is tech savvy, willing to learn or try new things. You'd be responsible for overseeing transactions from contract to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Responsibilities * Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity * Obtain seller's approval for the buyer's offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible * Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans * Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed * Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules Qualifications * Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service * Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license * Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly * Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued * High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred * Having a minimum of 3 years or 15 closed transactions REQUIRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Real Estate: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Mesa, AZ 85203 (Required) Work Location: In person
