We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure that each job is processed efficiently and accurately. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the position will also manage change orders and support the overall sales process to help drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Job Processing * Own the processing of assigned jobs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate job details. * Ensure that every job is accurately represented, from verifying parts against the Bill of Materials (BOM) to collaborating with outside sales for correct quotes and paperwork. * Work closely with engineering, sales, accounting and service teams to ensure the job is complete and accurate. * Follow the change order procedure to ensure that all changes are reflected in the BOM and work orders, keeping all parties informed and aligned. * Ensure clear communication regarding changes so that the job progresses without delays or confusion. * Verify that jobs in the Sales Support Manager's queue are accurately closed with correct pricing, parts, and margins. * Prepare and deliver quotes within 2 business days, ensuring full coverage of the required scope of work and aligning with customer expectations. * Work with the Sales Support Manager to refine and improve work instructions and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Skills & Experience You'll Bring: * Proven experience in a sales or customer service role * Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Strong Attention to Detail * Effective Communication * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively. * A solid understanding of job processing, BOMs, and sales operations is a huge plus. Preferred Skills (Not Required): * Familiarity with parts, inventory systems, and manufacturing processes. * Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-departmental environment. Work Environment & Schedule: This is a full-time position based in Nampa, ID. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
