Job Description Anticipated timeline for this Seasonal Role is late April - September *Office Support Associate - Leisurewood Campgrounds *Akron, NY Leisurewood Campgrounds is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales & Rental Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks to support our leaseholders, renters, and prospective buyers. Key Responsibilities: * Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing inquiries as needed. * Provide exceptional customer service to leaseholders, renters, and prospective buyers. * Process transactions related to rentals, lot sales, and golf cart rentals. * Work closely with the ACC for lot verifications, and placement/arrivals of rentals. * Communicate with Maintenance regarding sales/rental arrivals/departures, and work requests. * Assist in preparing paperwork for closings, lease transfers, and sales. * Perform general office tasks including filing, copying, and mass mailings. * Ensure adherence to background check policies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Exceptional customer service abilities. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail with effective follow-up and follow-through. * Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other required software. * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform basic physical tasks such as standing, sitting, and walking. * Subject to a background check.
