Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer is seeking to hire energetic and sales- driven individuals as a Retail Sales Representative. Retail Sales Representative works with a team of experts to bringing the Metro by T-Mobile brand into the lives of every individual. They explore and qualify all customers for the best products and services Metro by T-Mobile has to offer. They build strong connections with our customers by recognizing their needs, educating them on new products and promotions, and recommending device and service solutions. * Benefits * Hourly pay plus commission * Incentives, spiffs, and/or bonuses * Metro by T-Mobile employee service plan available at a discounted rate for individual/family * Flexible hours' * Responsibilities * Exploring the needs of every customer and recommend the best Metro by T-Mobile products and services that meets the customer's expectations * Providing the best customer in-store experience * Side-by-side selling to find personalized solution for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc. * Completing all Metro by T-Mobile online and in-store trainings * Marketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Metro by T-Mobile * Executing daily store operations and procedure REQUIREMENTS * Competitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environment * Willingness to work among co-workers and store leaders by learning and sharing best sales practice while helping customers * No sales experience needed in wireless retail industry but preferred * Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory * Must have reliable transportation to and from work As part of the team, you'll help put a face on our brand while providing solutions that make a difference for thousands of customers.
