This position would cover the Sun City-Peoria-Glendale area. Focus will be on meeting customer needs which can be done via follow through, great customer service, and communication. Responsibilities and Duties: * Performs initial and follow-up sales calls on prospective and current clients * Conducts "Product" in-services to educate potential and current clients * Ability to articulate the features and benefits of product lines * Develops sales plan according to the objectives of the company * Documents sales activity for supervisor * Build internal and external relationships; establish credibility and rapport with customers * Identify, develop, and keep sales accounts with new customers * Represent and promote Company interests with customers * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: * 2+ years sales experience * Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close sales * Disciplined time management skills * Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior * Highly motivated/self motivated * Must be able to set and achieve targeted goals * Must be able to identify opportunities within the assigned territory * Highly developed verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service orientation * Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor toward others * Current Driver's License Salary starts at $50,000 with commissions adding to that base pay significantly. Phone, expense account, and car allowance provided.
