Idaho Leads founders have 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically with generating leads and helping agents convert more buyers. We are seeking a cheerful and high energy Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service to homebuyers looking at properties on our websites. Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly Responsibilities: * Customer support calls - utilizing our systems to connect with leads to talk with them about their property searches and establish rapport * Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers * Collaborate to develop and implement more effective customer support strategies * Meet and exceed our objectives and performance metrics * Learn and become an expert on our platform and products that we offer to agents, so you can have higher-quality conversations with potential customers Qualifications: * 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience * Motivated to surpass previous goals and performance * Excellent communication and phone skills * Comfortable being on the phone for a majority of the day * Goal and growth oriented mindset * Real Estate Experience/License is a plus About Company Idaho Leads has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in generating leads to help agents connect with more buyers.
