Join a team that excels in providing top-notch HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. Company Description: Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs. Company Website: [please apply online] Job Summary: The Business Development Representative will provide customer sales and support for residential and contractor sales of HVAC equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for promoting sales through our website to our Customer/Dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts through regular customer contact. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service with incoming customer calls. Business Opportunities: Seek out new business opportunities by making outbound sales calls to existing customers. Sales Growth: Grow sales and gross margin with assigned accounts/customers. Training and Development: Train and develop assigned customers on company technology tools to enhance commission sales. Consultative Sales: Use sales and account management processes to consult with customers to increase their knowledge of our products and programs. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively both externally and internally. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned. Requirements: Required Qualifications: Knowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plus but not required Customer Service background (prefer at least 2 years' experience). High level of Customer Service. Charismatic attitude. Desire to succeed/self-motivated. High sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow-up and follow through. Excellent computer skills including MS Office products. Requirements: High school or equivalent (Required); AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desired. 1+ years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience.
