Location: 3400 Peachtree Rd. NE. Suite 1623 Atlanta GA 30326 Common Man Real Estate Project is seeking a Phone Room Professional with managerial experience to oversee and lead our phone operations. This is a pivotal role requiring full-time availability to ensure the smooth operation of our phone room and exceptional support for our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills, ready to contribute to the growth of our real estate company. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage a phone room team, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met. * Conduct outbound and inbound calls, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. * Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve skills and effectiveness. * Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive improvement. * Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues effectively. * Create and implement scripts and strategies to enhance phone room efficiency and success. * Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to upper management. * Collaborate with other departments to align phone room activities with company goals. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a phone room environment, with a strong track record of success. * Managerial or supervisory experience is required. * Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficient in using CRM systems and office software for data management and reporting. * Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory. * A results-driven attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Shifts and Availability: This is a full-time role that requires flexibility and availability throughout the day. Successful candidates must be prepared to work extended hours as needed to meet the demands of the role and ensure team success.
