ECM has immediate openings for experienced a Sales Contracts Specialist for our Home Warranty Service Contract Department. * High closing percentage of inbound calls/leads for our home warranty service renewal contracts * Customer quote and contract creation * Timely follow up on all leads not closed same day Job Requirements: * 5+ yrs consultative customer service experience required * Excellent customer service skills * Contract Renewals or warranty sales experience a plus * Ability to learn, retain and communicate service and product information effectively * Ability to multi-task & handle pressure * Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and possess solid follow up skills * Strong computer, data entry and administrative skills required * Bi-lingual a plus * Manage contract renewals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Leverage technology and Salesforce to track sales activities and customer information. * Engage with customers to renew contracts and ensure satisfaction through exceptional customer service and effective negotiation. * Utilize computer skills for data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Analyze customer needs to tailor solutions that enhance retention and drive sales growth.
