Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in a grocery store environment. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. * Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and orders. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. * Communicate promotions, sales, and new arrivals to customers effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Requirements * Needs to know how to Sell! * Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environment is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions. * Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently and enthusiastically. * A proactive approach to selling and upselling products. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
