Client Engagement: Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized insurance solutions. Team Development: Mentor and support team members in achieving their full potential and facilitating professional growth. Requirements Licensing: Must possess or be able to obtain both a Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License. Experience: Prior leadership experience within the insurance domain is preferred but not necessary.
