Key Responsibilities: * Technical Discovery: Conduct in-depth technical discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and technical requirements. * Solution Design: Architect and present custom solutions that align our AI capabilities with client business objectives. * Demo Excellence: Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the value of our platform in relevant, customer-specific scenarios. * Technical Objection Handling: Address and overcome technical objections with clear, concise explanations that build prospect confidence. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams to share customer insights, influence product direction, and ensure implementation success. * Product Evangelism: Become a subject matter expert on our technology, constantly evolving your knowledge as our platform grows. Preferred Qualifications: While mindset and attitude are most important, here's what will help you succeed in this role: * Pre-Sales Experience: 3-5 years in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales in SaaS or AI/ML solutions. * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Real Estate,Proptech, data analytics, or enterprise software solutions. * Technical Acumen: Understanding of APIs, data integration, AI/ML concepts, and system architecture. * Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation abilities, with experience leading technical discussions at various levels of an organization. * Proof of Concept Expertise: Experience building and delivering successful proof of concepts or technical evaluations.
