In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately while maintaining phone etiquette. * Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented shopping environment. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space, including storage areas. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike. * Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features and benefits effectively. * A proactive attitude towards upselling products and driving sales growth within the store. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
