Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service in a retail setting. * Assist customers in selecting the right work footwear based on their job requirements * Build and maintain relationships with industrial accounts and business clients * Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising standards * Accurately process sales and handle inventory * Support special promotions and outreach efforts to grow the business * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and encourage purchases. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
