PACK'R NORTH AMERICA, LLC is hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer. Position Duties: * Customer Engagement: * Interact with potential customers to understand their technical needs and challenges. * Attend meetings, calls, or presentations with sales teams to engage with prospects * Tailor technical proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively. * Product Knowledge: * Strong understanding of the company's products and their technical aspects. * Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards. * Stay updated on product updates and industry trends. Knowledge of the automatic net weight filling and capping Ability to interact with the engineering department and the suppliers * Solution Design: * Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions that address customer requirements. * Develop technical proposals and documentation. Ability to identify and solve technical challenges for customers. Analytical thinking to assess customer needs and propose solutions. * Risk Management: * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Monitor and manage risks throughout the project. Problem-solving skills to address project risks. Experience in high-risk chemical industry segment * Collaboration: * Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, design, purchase, supply, production, and customer service departments (design teams headquartered in France) * Ensure alignment between technical and business objectives. * Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
