Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance/Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed. * Respond promptly to maintenance/sales requests from customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the process. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and parts used. * Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Experience * Proven experience as a Maintenance/Sales Technician or in a similar role is preferred. for at least 2 years. * Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Sales experience is a plus, as it may involve upselling services or products during maintenance visits. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Will need a clean drivers record. Will be on the on call schedule.
