As a Business Development Director** you will be responsible for the relationship and business development activities with airlines in the assigned region by providing ongoing support to clients, implementing business strategies to facilitate profitable business collaboration and identifying potential revenue opportunities with all kinds of customer accounts. Your tasks * Develop and maintain strategic business collaboration with customer accounts to promote brand awareness and facilitate profitable business collaboration * Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they experience high quality customer service * Develop customer relationships to an excellent level to ensure customer strategic aims and objectives are understood to develop winning business strategies to maintain existing business, and achieve new business opportunities * Provide insights into regional market developments to the commercial organization on a regular basis (e.g: bi-weekly calls) to ensure SRT products are consistently reviewed for innovation and customer attractiveness * Ensure all assigned business development campaigns are aligned to the SR Technics' brand image and reflect the corporate brand to all external stakeholders * Participate as designated in regional aviation events per SR Technic's event schedule * Participate in weekly/daily communications for cross BU updates and sharing of information * Maintain the integrity and completeness of information required for reporting & projects in the CRM Tool Your Profile * Business Development specialization in according to region with deep customer knowledge and experience of products (5+ years) * Must demonstrate relevant regional & international contacts within the aviation industry * Presentation and Communication Skills * Ability to think with innovation and drive creative thinking into the business development arena and improve results year over year We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
