Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the entire fleet operation, ensuring all vehicles are in peak condition. * Regular visits to fleet shops and businesses to foster relationships and drive sales. * Develop strategies to maximize fleet efficiency and profitability. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies. * Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers. Qualifications: * Proven track record in sales, with the ability to drive business growth. * Experience in fleet management or a similar role. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
