Position Summary: The Technical Sales Specialist will support EG4 installation partners and drive technical excellence in EG4 partners within a designated territory. Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, this role provides hands-on technical guidance, delivers training, and supports field activities to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Provide pre- and post-sales technical guidance to installation partners, including review of project scope, system design, and installation best practices within a designated region. * Deliver technical training sessions, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge to successfully install and support our products. * Identify and evaluate unique application scenarios to support sales opportunities and expand market presence. * Assist in the development and review of technical documentation, including installation manuals, product guides, and system specifications. * Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely and accurate troubleshooting. * Conduct field visits to support installation partners, ensuring system performance, code compliance, and customer satisfaction. Expectations * Willingness to travel approximately 60% of time, including tradeshow attendance and visits to strategic partner locations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant code requirements and standards for residential energy storage installations on both national and regional level. * Understand region specific challenges of installation partners and provide elegant solutions. * Technical competency in the design and deployment of residential energy storage systems. * Maintain a sales centric mindset, ability to drive sales growth through technical competencies.
