Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with precision. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. * Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management. * Assist in stock management, including receiving shipments and conducting inventory counts. * Communicate effectively with team members and management to achieve sales goals. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead by example. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers. * Basic math skills; knowledge of retail math is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
