What You 'll Be Doing As A Client Sales Representative * Engaging with Clients : Build trust and rapport by understanding client needs and offering tailored recommendations. * Driving Customer Acquisition : Introduce and promote our services through meaningful, results-focused conversations. * Creating Impactful Strategies : Work with our Client Sales Representative team to develop and execute initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client success. * Delivering Exceptional Service : Assist clients in troubleshooting concerns and optimizing their experience. * Staying Informed : Work alongside fellow Client Sales Representatives to keep up with industry trends and market developments to provide knowledgeable guidance. * Tracking Performance : Monitor client interactions and sales efforts to identify areas for growth and improvement. What We 're Looking For In A Client Sales Representative * A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with people. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus but not required. * Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * A self-starter with a drive to exceed goals and contribute to team success. * Comfort working in a collaborative, target-driven setting. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
