The ideal candidates will excel in converting leads into satisfied customers, particularly in the energy sector. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Closer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through various channels, including outside sales and door-to-door interactions. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Provide technical insights related to energy solutions, particularly solar sales, to educate customers on product benefits. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving conversion rates. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the energy sector. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Experience in solar sales is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a wider audience.
