They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. A Residential Sales Representative must have a proficient understanding of residential Culligan products and will be responsible for assisting residential leads/ potential customers with a team of other Residential Sales Representatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. * Develop and refine sales tools, including presentations, financial docs, and lead generation methods. * Manage all leads and appointments professionally and promptly. * Attend scheduled sales calls with integrity and preparation. * Accurately record sales activities in CRM systems. * Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge of all residential Culligan offerings. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate, policy-aligned solutions. * Deliver effective, educational sales presentations. * Meet sales targets using both company-provided leads and self-generated efforts. * Document installation details clearly, including pumps, electrical, and drainage needs. * Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. * Keep customer information secure and confidential. * Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events. * Achieve or exceed minimum sales performance standards. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
