Responsibilities/Qualifications * Works with buyers through the home buying process. * Follow up with leads. * Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers and vendors in written and verbal form. * Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Organized, systematic and detail-oriented. * Results oriented and high achiever. * Career development and training focused. * Demonstrates knowledge of our local real estate market. * Show homes. * Set up searches for buyers. * Negotiate contracts. * Attend inspections, walk throughs and closings.
