Subaru of Kennesaw is currently looking to add a Sales BDC Phone Consultant to their team! This position is hourly plus commission. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS * Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening. * Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERRED * We are seeking friendly, upbeat people who enjoy talking on the phone and answering our customers' questions * Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network * Exceptional communication skills * Willingness to obtain product knowledge, a positive attitude, and great organizational skills. * Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM * The ability to multi-task, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers. * Professional personal appearance * Must make outbound calls, emails, and text communications * Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful * Strong Computer & Phone Skills (REYNOLDS, Outlook, Excel, VIN Solutions, CarNow, RingCentral) * Able to multi-task * Bi-lingual is always a plus! * Team Player 5-day Work Week with Rotating Saturdays 8:30AM-8:00PM Shift Full-Time, On-Site Position! $15 per hour: paid weekly Commission: self earned, paid monthly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 12 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
