ICO Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team for our Crystal Smile's Technology Dental Lab. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental lab cases or chairside services to our existing/potential dentist customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys building relationships and meeting sales targets within the dental and medical industry. Duties * Prospect & Outreach: Identify and contact a minimum of 10 dental offices and/or clinics per day, to introduce lab services. * Product & Service Presentation: Educate dental professionals on the full range of lab offerings, including custom restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures), orthodontic appliances, implant-supported solutions, digital scanning services, surgical guides, and chairside surgical assistance * Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Marketing Support: Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials to prospective and existing clients. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 0-1+ years of sales experience OR * Associate's Degree or higher AND 3+ years of sales experience OR * High School Diploma/GED from AND 5+ years of sales experience * Must have a reliable form of transportation to complete daily duties. Preferred Qualifications : * 1+ year of experience in dental assisting or dental office operations. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for maintaining patient confidentiality We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission.
