Full description of the position

The Organizational Change Management Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational initiatives. This role involves collaborating with leadership teams to drive the adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale change efforts, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, and be able to effectively guide the organization through transitions to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities : * Change Management Strategy * Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. * Utilize change management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive organizational transformation. * Stakeholder Engagement * Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness. * Build strong relationships across departments to align goals and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the change process. * Communication * Develop and deliver clear, effective communication plans to articulate the value and purpose of change initiatives. * Tailor messaging to diverse audiences to ensure understanding, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. * Training and Development * Design and implement training programs that support employees through the transition phase. * Identify skill gaps and provide resources, tools, and training to enhance employee capabilities during change. * Change Impact and Readiness * Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies. * Assess organizational readiness and address gaps to ensure smooth and effective adoption of change initiatives. * Performance Metrics * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts. * Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership regarding change adoption and performance. * Continuous Improvement * Collect feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve change management strategies. * Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in change management and incorporate industry best practices into initiatives. Qualifications : Required : * Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related roles. * Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). * Proven success in leading enterprise-wide change initiatives in complex environments. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Preferred : * Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. * Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). * ERP implementation experience, including system adoption and process optimization. * Experience in manufacturing or other complex organizational environments. Competencies : * Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization. * High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations. * Resilience and adaptability in dynamic and fast-changing environments. * Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Pay: $100 -$125k a year * The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position. Actual salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, budget available, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, in addition to internal equity. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
